Want to build those fundamental acro skills? This is the place. This class is designed to help you build a solid foundation of beginner acro skills and start to work from static poses into more movement. Class content varies each week but you can usually expect to learn poses, transitions, flowy machines, and some fun standing poses and counterbalances.
