Disclaimer: risk is inherent in all physical activities. Acro classes and jams may be physically strenuous and may include physical activity such as stretching, rotating, twisting, inversions, hand and arm balancing, weight bearing on legs, arms, shoulders, heads or other body parts, elevated partner work, and may require you to hold or repeat various postures and movements for extended periods of time, all of which may cause damage to your body. Even when these postures and movements are taught to you properly, and performed by you correctly, each body responds differently to these activities and you may still suffer wounds, increased blood pressure, dizziness, sprains, broken bones, head injuries, foot and leg injuries, hand and arm injuries, back and spinal cord injuries, paralysis, temporary or permanent disability, emotional distress, heart attack, death or other damage to you, your property or third parties. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks, and be responsible for their own actions.
