The Intermediate Thursday class is designed to help you put the fundamental skills of acro to use by introducing pops, whips, more dynamic machines, and standing dynamic skills. Class starts at 6:30PM followed by the Fundamental Acro Skills Class (7:45PM) then an all-levels jam (9PM). Located at Bucks Sport Barn. Class is $20 and includes attendance to the Fundamentals class and the jam, (Fundamentals class and jam are $15, jam only is $5).

• No partner required, but we recommend being able to confidently execute Bird presses & swivels, Foot to Hand, Ninja Star, and High Bird (standing). If you have any questions about attendance, please email or reach out on social media (IG @acrocastaways).
