The Intermediate Thursday class is designed to help you put the fundamental skills of acro to use by introducing pops, whips, more dynamic machines, and standing dynamic skills.

Located at Bucks Sport Barn. Class 6:30-7:30PM (followed by the Fundamental Skills class). $20 and included attendance to the Fundamentals Class and Jam ($5 for jam only)

• No partner required, but we recommend being able to confidently execute Bird presses & swivels, Foot to Hand, Ninja Star, and High Bird (standing). If you have any questions about attendance, please email or reach out on social media (IG @acrocastaways).
